Eurogypsum is delighted to be a member of the newly-established Construction 2050 Alliance, which brings together 47 EU associations covering the whole construction value chain. On December 2, the Alliance organised its first event, bringing together experts from all over Europe, including representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament and national governments. The important role that the construction sector can play as the European economy slowly recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic is crucial. The Alliance’s key message is that the built environment must be a key priority in all national Recovery plans and in the new EU funding initiatives. Read the event’s press release.
